What we ask for when you order, why we need it, and who else sees it.
Last updated 10 September 2026
When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number and delivery address. We need these three things to pack the order, hand it to the courier, and call you if anything is unclear.
We never ask for card numbers, bank logins or PINs. Orders are paid in cash when the parcel reaches you, or through eSewa or Khalti on their own secure systems — that money never passes through this website.
Your details are used for one thing: getting your order to you. That means packing it, passing the address to the courier, and messaging or calling you about the delivery.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody.
Order records stay with us so we can handle exchanges, refunds and our own accounts. If you want your details removed, message us and we will delete everything we are not legally required to keep.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct something wrong, or delete it. Message us and we will reply within a few working days.
