Plain rules for ordering, delivery and payment. No fine print.
Last updated 10 September 2026
Placing an order is a request to buy, not the sale itself. We confirm every order by phone or message first. The order becomes final once we confirm it — not the moment you press the button.
All prices are in Nepali rupees and are what you see at checkout. If something sells out after you order, we call you and either wait for restock or cancel that item — your choice.
We deliver across Nepal. Inside the Kathmandu valley that usually means one to three working days; outside it takes a little longer. Timing depends on the courier and on things outside our control, like weather or road closures.
Cash on delivery is our main method — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives, not before. eSewa and Khalti are also accepted if you prefer to pay in advance.
If the item is wrong or damaged, refuse it — that is exactly what the check-before-you-pay rule is for. But if a confirmed order is refused without reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
